This architecture, interior design and planning firm first began in Miami in 1977 as an experimental studio. Led by Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Laurinda Spear, the company is now a global leader in master planning and designing luxury waterfront residential developments.

Alexandre Giraldi

Alexandre Giraldi has built a highly respected and successful reputation in his native Monaco, having collaborated with Lord Norman Foster on the Monaco Yacht Club (2014) at Port Hercule, and partnered with Groupe Marzocco on several projects including the groundbreaking Tour Odéon, the Tamaris building, and Villa Les Gaumates. Giraldi’s acclaimed vision and expertise resulted in his current collaboration on the prestigious Testimonio II development.
